1. Hong Kong S.A.R.

Professional Investor Only

The Solstice protocol, USX, eUSX, oUSX, deUSX, strcUSX, SLX, stSLX and related products and services (together, the "Products") are intended only for "Professional Investors" as defined in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) of Hong Kong and the Securities and Futures (Professional Investor) Rules made thereunder. The Products are not authorised by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for offering to the retail public in Hong Kong.

Virtual Asset Status

USX, SLX, and other on-chain assets issued or facilitated by the Solstice ecosystem are virtual assets. They are not, and have not been, authorised or registered with the SFC. They are not listed for retail trading on any SFC-licensed Virtual Asset Trading Platform. Custody, where used, is provided by qualified third-party custodians; Solstice does not hold customer assets directly.

No Solicitation, No Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation, financial product advice, or investment advice in Hong Kong. Visitors should obtain independent professional advice before considering any interaction with the Products.

Restricted Activities

  • The Products are not promoted, marketed, or distributed to retail investors in Hong Kong.
  • Solstice does not currently hold an SFC licence for Type 1, Type 7, or Type 9 regulated activities, and does not provide regulated financial services in Hong Kong.
  • All interactions remain subject to applicable AML/CFT obligations, including the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615).

2. Singapore

Accredited and Institutional Investor Only

The Products are intended only for "Accredited Investors" and "Institutional Investors" as defined under section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 (SFA) of Singapore. They are not offered to the retail public in Singapore.

Digital Payment Token / Capital Markets Product Status

Certain Products may constitute Digital Payment Tokens under the Payment Services Act 2019 (PSA), capital markets products under the SFA, or both. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has not reviewed or approved any of the contents of this site. Solstice does not hold a Digital Payment Token Service licence to provide DPT services to retail consumers in Singapore.

Promotional Restrictions

Consistent with MAS guidelines on the promotion of digital payment token services to the general public, Solstice does not promote the Products on Singapore public transport, public-facing media, social media advertising, or third-party websites that target the Singapore retail public.

AML / KYC

All product access remains subject to applicable AML/CFT obligations and to Solstice's know-your-customer policies, including identity, source-of-funds, and sanctions screening where required.

3. General Risk Notice

Digital assets are highly volatile. The value of any position can decline rapidly and you may lose the entirety of any amount deposited, staked, or otherwise committed. Yield rates, including the headline 20% Cycle 1 APY for stSLX, are variable, are not guaranteed, and may be reduced or removed at any time. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You should not interact with any Product unless you fully understand the technical, market, custody, smart-contract, regulatory, and counterparty risks involved, and unless you can sustain the complete loss of any amount you commit.

4. Restricted Persons and Jurisdictions

Without limiting the foregoing, the Products are not available to, and may not be accessed or used by, persons who are residents, citizens, or located in any jurisdiction in which such access or use would be unlawful or would require additional licensing or registration that has not been obtained. This includes, without limitation, persons in Mainland China, the United States of America (in respect of products requiring a securities or commodities registration), the United Kingdom (other than to professional clients), and any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions.
